After Hours Project

After Hours Project (AHP) provides an array of services including: intake and assessments, Syringe Exchange Program (SEP) and Expanded Syringe Access Program  (ESAP), outreach to injectors and other high-risk drug users, individual and group level interventions, harm reduction counseling, education on safer injection practices, condom and bleach kit demonstration and distribution, supportive services, referrals, client escort, Buprenorphine education, overdose prevention, hepatitis C education and screening, flu shots, hepatitis A & B vaccinations, and Naloxone provision.


Transitional Housing Program (THP)

Transitional Housing Program (THP) provides three units of congregate transitional housing in Brooklyn, for single men living with HIV/AIDS that are MSM and/or undocumented. The THP works closely with our case management and mental health programs to place clients in our apartments in the shortest time possible. In addition to housing, clients receive counseling, case management, medical transportation and other critical services through After Hours Projects’ nearby drop-in center at 1204 Broadway in Brooklyn.
