Mobile Unit Days

After Hours Project’s mobile unit provides ESAP services at Brooklyn sites. The Mobile Unit is available from 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. For updates and more information, check out our Facebook and Twitter page.

Medical Transportation

AHP provides access to medical treatment and care through the provision of medical transportation services. MetroCards for buses and subways, and mobile van services are provided to transport clients to and from HIV-related medical care and other supportive service appointments, thereby eliminating a major barrier to care experienced by many people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in the target population.
