Case Management Technician

Jenny began working with After Hours Project, Inc. (AHP) in November 2012, as a Case Manager Technician providing direct case management and supportive services for clients living with HIV/AIDS and their families. Jenny has worked in the field of HIV prevention and harm reduction for the past 5 years. Jenny has an Associate’s degree in Human Services from the Borough of Manhattan Community College.

Prior to joining After Hours Project, Jenny worked for Alianza Dominicana Inc. HOPE Program as a Peer Educator, Outreach Worker and as a Health Educator. Throughout the years Jenny has discovered her true passion in helping others that has been impacted by the HIV epidemic, substance use and homelessness. She is a dedicated member of AHP’s team and works diligently to enhance the quality of life of our undocumented immigrants’ client population.
