Naloxone Provision
AHP staff have been aggressive in educating clients and members of the wider community about Naloxone, also known as Narcan, and how to use it to save lives. The training that staff provide shows how to use the Naloxone to counter an opiate overdose. Each person who is trained by AHP staff leaves with a “Naloxone Kit” that has the lifesaving drug and the knowledge of how to use it.
