Abigail Olavarria is the Chief Operating Officer of the After Hours Project. She is responsible for overseeing all operational and administrative functions of the organization. This includes overseeing the functions that support all agency programs, setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and overseeing the organization’s operations to make sure everything is moving in line with the organization’s vision and strategy. She reports to the President/CEO and is an integral member of the senior management team.
