The Outreach Coordinator coordinates all outreach activities and provides outreach, prevention/education and street-based services to active substance users, sex workers and the homeless. He conducts safer substance use education and strategies and provides referrals to assist individuals in gaining access to health care and social services. In addition, he promotes HIV counseling and testing and provides overdose training. He also promotes program services and recruits’ clients for syringe exchange & ESAP. He compiles daily, weekly and monthly documents for statistical reporting.
