Mobile Unit Days

After Hours Project’s mobile unit provides ESAP services at Brooklyn sites. The Mobile Unit is available from 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. For updates and more information, check out our Facebook and Twitter page.

Medical Transportation

AHP provides access to medical treatment and care by offering medical transportation services. We provide MetroCards for buses and subways, as well as mobile van services, to transport participants to and from primary care providers and other supportive service appointments. This eliminates a major barrier to care experienced by marginalized and disenfranchised communities.
